SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF OPPORTUNITY * Provide compassion and emotional support to adult residents with behavioral health challenges, brain and spinal cord injury, Ensuring all activities are designed and implemented with a goal of individual growth. *Assist residents with tasks they are unable to perform for themselves such as: meal preparation, cooking, bathing, dressing and light housekeeping, monitoring and redirecting residents, as needed. CLIENT'S REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION * Minimum of a High School Diploma or its equivalent * At least 1 year paid experience providing direct care * Low, Mid and High functioning Consumers. * Ability to complete and/or produce requested clearances (i.e. Physical/TB screening, CPR/First Aid, PA State criminal Background, etc.) Don't have the credentials needed?
