Job Description:
A healthcare company is seeking an Operations Manager to launch
and lead its services in a new state, building operations from the
ground up. Responsibilities Include: Lead the launch of healthcare
services in a new market Hire and build out the sales team Oversee
daily operations and office management Establish processes and
operational structure Drive growth and expansion within the region
Ideal Qualifications: Strong leadership and operational experience
Self-starter with high initiative and drive Experience building
teams and operations Ability to work independently in a
startup-like environment Strong organizational and execution skills
