Job Description Job Description Inside Sales Representative Location: Southfield, MI (Hybrid) Employment Type: Direct Hire Compensation: $45,000 base commission (W2 $90K potential first year) Overview: Reliance One, Inc. is hiring for an Inside Sales Representative to join a fast-paced, dynamic team. This role manages the full sales cycle—from initial outreach to closing—while delivering exceptional service and value to clients. Ideal candidates are motivated, results-oriented, and eager to grow in a high-energy, rewarding environment. Key Responsibilities: Connect with Decision-Makers: Engage with General Managers, Controllers, and other leaders to understand goals and recommend tailored solutions. Drive Revenue Growth: Conduct daily outbound calls, nurture leads, and maintain a pipeline of 80 opportunities per month. Execute the Sales Process: Apply consultative selling techniques to identify needs, address objections, and provide clear, data-driven recommendations. Expand Client Relationships: Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell services, strengthening client partnerships. Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with internal departments to ensure smooth onboarding and post-sale satisfaction. Stay Organized: Use Salesforce to manage leads, track progress, and prioritize activities effectively. Qualifications: Proven sales ability; experience in automotive, financial, or B2B sales preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence decisions. Comfortable using Salesforce or similar CRM tools. Driven, competitive, and resilient, with the ability to thrive in a high-energy environment.
