Cumberland Farms, affectionately known as 'Cumby's,' seeks a dynamic Store Manager to oversee operations at one of our vibrant retail locations. As a pivotal leader, the Store Manager will ensure smooth functioning of store operations aligning with company’s commitment to customer convenience and service excellence. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for the retail environment and have a track record of enhancing customer satisfaction, driving operational efficiencies, and boosting team performance. Oversee day-to-day store operations and ensure compliance with all company policies and regulations. Lead, train, and motivate a team of employees to improve skills, performance, and job satisfaction. Achieve financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions. Ensure the store's visual standards are met by maintaining and rotating merchandise, updating displays, and keeping a clean and safe environment. Resolve customer issues and ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction. Monitor inventory levels and make orders as necessary to ensure product availability. Analyze sales and revenue reports and make forecasts to drive store performance. Implement loss prevention procedures to reduce shrinkage.
