Assistance ProgramSUMMARY:This position is responsible for
overseeing and assisting with daily production operations by
providing direction to production employees, monitoring the quality
of work, ensuring employees are properly trained, and enforcing
policies and procedures.--To perform this job successfully, the

RESPONSIBILITIES-- Coordinate and oversee production and
maintenance activities to meet or exceed customer requirements.--
Provide clear guidance and direction to production employees,
ensuring they are informed of job-related matters and
expectations.-- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and
documentation to maintain consistent and compliant manufacturing
processes.-- Support continuous improvement initiatives in quality,
productivity, and delivery performance.-- Address environmental,
health, and safety issues promptly and consistently.-- Collaborate
with Human Resources to manage employee relations matters as they
arise.-- Monitor adherence to policies and procedures, providing
coaching, counseling, and discipline as needed.-- Establish and
manage work schedules, including interviewing and recommending new
hires as required.-- Review and approve employee timecards for
bi-weekly payroll processing.-- Distribute Personal Protective
Equipment (PPE) and tools as necessary.-- Evaluate employee
performance and provide recommendations for improvement to the
Operations Manager.-- Facilitate communication and coordination
between departments and support functions.-- Maintain a safe and
organized work environment, coordinating cleanups as needed.--
Attend production meetings as required.-- Perform other duties as
assigned.GENERAL SKILLS-- Demonstrate an understanding of and
adhere to all policies and procedures.---- Strong communication and
interpersonal skills to effectively interact with, motivate, and
communicate with employees, customers, and vendors.-- Strong
leadership skills required in a manufacturing environment-- Act in
a professional manner as a representative of the Company.EDUCATION
AND/OR EXPERIENCE-- High school diploma or equivalent required.--
Minimum 3 years of related experience in a manufacturing
environment required.QUALIFICATIONS-- Knowledge and hands-on
experience in organizational effectiveness, lean manufacturing
practices and operations management required.-- Ability to work
independently, be self-motivated, prioritize and execute work
activities.-- Computer Skills. Microsoft Office (Word, Excel,
Outlook, PowerPoint), ERP software.-- Must be effective at
resolving problems and handling stressful situations in a
professional manner.-- Must possess excellent persuasion and
negotiation skills.-- Must be self-disciplined and team oriented.We
