Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Research
Technician to join our growing team. The successful candidate will
play a crucial role in the development of new diagnostic tests by
actively participating in laboratory experiments, data analysis,
and documentation. This position offers an excellent opportunity to
gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced research environment and
contribute to the development of life-changing technologies.
Responsibilities and Duties
- - - -Sample Management: Receive, label and store samples
according to established protocols

- - - -Inventory Management: Organize and store chemicals
substances, solutions, and kits, in compliance with lab procedures
and safety instructions. Assist in ordering laboratory supplies,
chemical, and reagents. Manage inventory using laboratory
information management system (LIMS) and electronic laboratory
notebook (ELN) solutions

- - - -Solution Preparation: Prepare and formulate buffers, stock
solutions, and reagents according to standard operating procedures
(SOPs) and experimental protocols

- - - -Laboratory Maintenance: Perform routine laboratory duties
such as lab cleaning, consumable stocking, glassware cleaning and
routine equipment maintenance

- - - -Research Collaboration: Collaborate with R&D Scientist
to support ongoing research projects, method development, and
process improvement
- - - - - - - -
- - - -Data Management: Assist with preparing project data for
presentation and internal discussions.

- - - -Communication: Participate in technical discussions and
project meetings
- - - - - - - -
- - - -Safety Compliance: Ensure that all safety guidelines are
followed strictly at all times and maintain a clean and orderly
environment

- - - -Additional Duties: Perform all other duties as assigned
- - - - Qualifications
- - - -Associate's degree in science with 0-4 years - related
experience and/or training; bachelor's degree in science with 0-1
years -related experience and/or training; or equivalent
combination of education & experience preferred

- - - -Experience in a laboratory setting (academic or industry) is
preferred, including familiarity with basic laboratory techniques,
including pipetting, solution preparation, and sample handling

--- Ability to manage & prioritize workload effectively
