Responsibilities

• Ensure that all equipment is safe to operate.
• Build/rebuild control panels as for new or existing equipment.
• Perform electrical installations as needed for new and existing equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair any breakdowns on equipment, utilizing PLC Logic.
• Immediate response to equipment failures.
• Documented verification of repair work.
• Fabrication of items needed by the manufacturing areas.
• Set up new equipment as needed.
• Perform minor electrical troubleshooting.
• Move equipment to aid manufacturing.
• Perform preventative maintenance as needed.
• All positions are cross functional; may assist in other areas that management deems necessary.
• Comply with all the Anchor Principles and Guidelines, as well as Anchor policies and procedures.
• Additional duties as assigned.
  
  
  • Five (5) years minimum of experience working with machinery. Must be familiar with stamping press controls. Panel Building and fabrication skills a plus.
