Job Description:
The Custodian is responsible for maintaining a high level of
cleanliness and safety in our Hudson warehouse break room,
walkways, and restrooms. Essential duties and responsibilities
include:Sweep, mop and vacuum floorsEmpty trash and clean or dust
surfacesClean and disinfect restrooms and break roomsWash internal
and external windowsSpot clean walls and carpetsSweep and clean up
exterior patio areas and empty trashMay require assistance in
replacing light bulbs, sidewalk maintenance, general yard/parking
lot pick-up, light general maintenanceOther duties as assignedMust
have a high attention to detailAbility to work independently and be
self-motivatedPrior custodial/janitorial experience in
office/industrial environment preferredCompensation details: 15-15
