Additional responsibilities include keeping proper care records, reporting any changes in residents' conditions, and interacting effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors, and the public.Qualifications
    • Must be 21 years of age or older.
    • High school diploma or equivalent; successful completion of required training per State regulations.
    • Compassion for and desire to work with the elderly.
    • Ability to work responsibly as part of a team and independently.
    • Effective communication skills with residents, families, staff, vendors, and the public.
    • Honest, fair, dependable, respecting confidentiality and residents' rights and privacy.
