Job Description:

Adecco is currently assisting a local manufacturing client in recruiting to fill a Machine Operator job in Walton Hills, OH. You must be a mechanically inclined individual to be successful in this position. Previous extrusion experience is a plus, but not required. Apply Now if you meet the requirements below!

Responsibilities for this Manufacturing - Machine Operator job include:

• Start, set-up, operate, and tend machines that extrude thermoplastics

• Work on orders to ensure finished materials meet specifications

• Load materials into extruder and adjust feed mechanisms to set feed rates

• Observe machine operations, control boards, and gauges to detect any defective material or any machine malfunctions

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED

• Mechanical aptitude - Previous extrusion machine experience is a plus, but not required

• Ability to read and understand blueprints and specifications

• Read a tape measure

• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs

• Must be able to work in hot and fast paced environment

• Ability to use hand tools to set up and operate extruder

We operate two shifts - Monday - Thursday 10am-10pm and 10pm-10am.
