Operations Supervisor – Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Join Our Team! Who You Are The ideal Operations Supervisor – Night Shift is a confident, people-focused manufacturing leader who enjoys developing employees, solving problems, and driving continuous improvement. You lead by example, make sound decisions under pressure, and maintain a strong commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork. What You’ll Do As an Operations Supervisor , you’ll lead and motivate operations employees while ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing operations during the night shift. You’ll play a critical role in sustaining Mennel’s legacy of excellence and supporting our food safety mission. Your responsibilities will include: Leading, coaching, and developing operations employees to achieve outstanding manufacturing results Ensuring compliance with all food safety, quality, sanitation, GMP, OSHA, HACCP, and FSMA requirements while maintaining an everyday audit-ready facility Managing daily staffing and resource allocation to maximize efficiency and system utilization Monitoring, tracking, and reporting manufacturing performance related to cost, quality, safety, sanitation, and customer service Serving as a technical and business resource for system operations and product requirements Identifying manufacturing process failures, determining root causes, and driving corrective actions Fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement using Lean/TPM principles Providing performance feedback, coaching, and corrective action when necessary What We’re Looking For High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, Industrial Technology, or Supply Chain preferred Minimum of 2 years of operations or manufacturing experience (5 years of related experience preferred) Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing or operations environment Strong decision-making, planning, and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, physical manufacturing environment and work night shifts Why Join Mennel?
