Job Description:
Our client, a leading organization in manufacturing and
packaging, is seeking a Packager - 1st shift weekend to join their
team. As a Packager - 1st shift weekend, you will be part of the
Packaging Department supporting operational excellence and quality
assurance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to
detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align
successfully in the organization. Job Title: Packager - 1st shift
weekend Location: Wellsville, OH Pay Range: $15/hour Shift: Weekend
(Sunday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday) 6:00am-6:00pm What's the Job?
Operate fork trucks safely and efficiently to support packaging
operations. Use all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
correctly to maintain a safe work environment. Follow all plant
safety guidelines and operational procedures to ensure compliance
and safety. Complete all packaging duties as outlined in
departmental guidelines, including proper stacking patterns for
safe pallet loads. Monitor and manage packaging line systems for
quality and performance, ensuring products meet standards. What's
Needed? No prior experience required; training will be provided.
Ability to follow safety protocols and operational procedures
diligently. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
standards. Good communication skills and the ability to work as
part of a team. Availability to work on the specified weekend
