Job Description Job Description We are a leading manufacturer of bedroom and dining room furniture, proudly shipping quality products throughout the Eastern United States. We're currently seeking a reliable, detail-oriented individual to join our Drawer Assembly Department . Position Overview: As a Drawer Assembly Technician , you will be responsible for final assembly of furniture pieces before they enter our Quality Control department. This critical role ensures each piece is ready to meet our high standards and reach customers in perfect condition. Key Responsibilities: Install drawer slides and drawer boxes Attach drawer fronts and hardware Hang cabinet doors with precision Ensure all parts are securely fastened and aligned Maintain a clean and organized work area Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals Requirements: Ability to lift up to 100 lbs for short durations Proficient in using cordless drills and basic hand tools Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship Experience in furniture or cabinet assembly is a plus Dependable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment Schedule: Monday to Friday Overtime Experience: woodworking: 1 year (Preferred) Working Days: Monday (Required) Tuesday (Required) Wednesday (Required) Thursday (Required) Friday (Required) Work Location: One location This Job Is Ideal for Someone Who Is: Dependable more reliable than spontaneous Achievement-oriented enjoys taking on challenges, even if they might fail This Job Is: Open to applicants who do not have a high school diploma/GED Open to applicants who do not have a college diploma We Offer: Stable full-time hours (Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:45 PM) Competitive pay based on experience Opportunities for advancement A supportive, team-oriented workplace Benefits at Daniel's Amish include: retirement plans health insurance paid vacation and holidays bonuses based on attendance reimbursement for safety shoes and safety glasses Benefit Conditions: Waiting period may apply Only full-time employees eligible Join a company that values hard work, precision, and craftsmanship.
