Position:   Operations Analyst Job in Cleveland, OH
Location:  Cleveland, OH
Duration:  5 month contract
 
Modis, a leader in the IT staffing industry, is working with a client to fill an Operations Analyst Job in Cleveland, Ohio within their technology-focused, forward-thinking organization.  This Operations Analyst Job in Cleveland, Ohio requires working in a warehouse/configuration center environment and will need to have laptop/desktop/printer break-fix experience.  
 
Responsibilities:

• 
  

• Assisting with diagnosing, repairing, and refurbishing PCs, laptops, printers, computer peripherals, and/or miscellaneous hardware equipment in order to extend the life cycle of computer equipment
• Acquires job skills and learns department procedures to complete routine tasks requiring limited judgment
• Typically receives detailed instructions and works under direct supervision until most routine tasks are mastered and understanding of department process is achieved.

 
Qualifications:

• 
  

• High School diploma or Associates Degree with at least two years of PC technician experience.
• At least two years’ experience with Microsoft Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Office suite of tools.
• The ability to operate a PC and its associated software, and a working knowledge of how computers and computer hardware operate.
• Strong computer hardware troubleshooting skills.
• Prior experience with asset management systems using barcode technology preferred.
• Knowledge of PC hardware installation preferred.
• Strong communications skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• The ability to work under minimal supervision and work effectively under pressure.
