Your Key Responsibilities Support the HR Business Partner (BP) or Manager HR with analytical and/or conceptual support in a range of HR topics Support in the recruitment process, screen applications and conduct interviews Assist in career development matters, discuss career paths, assess and recommend candidates Conduct routine HR and salary administration tasks, provide advice to Managers and employees respectively Investigate and advise both management and employees on personnel matters Support HR BP in the design or implementation of related HR projects Functions as an active member of the larger HR team including operational and administrative tasks Some travel required to support client groups as needed Your Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Labor Law, Social Sciences or related discipline Previous demonstrated experience in Human Resources preferably in a manufacturing setting Highly motivated and proactive individual with a robust work ethic, consistently demonstrating initiative and drive in all undertakings External candidates must have authorization to work in the U.S. without the need for an employment visa or sponsorship Our Offering Comprehensive healthcare coverage: Employees receive access to a range of medical, dental, and vision insurance plans, ensuring their well-being and peace of mind.
