Registered Respiratory Therapist Location: Cleveland, OH Agency: Acruex Health Pay: $2,304 to $2,496 per week Shift Information: Nights - 4 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 12 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Pay Rate: $48.00 - $52.00/Hourly. Summary: A Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) specializes in the assessment, treatment, and care of patients with breathing or cardiopulmonary disorders. They work closely with physicians to manage conditions affecting the lungs and airways in both emergency and long-term care settings. Responsibilities: Assess, treat, and monitor patients with respiratory disorders. Administer oxygen therapy, aerosol medications, and bronchodilators. Operate and manage ventilators for critically ill patients. Perform diagnostic tests such as pulmonary function tests (PFTs), ABGs, and spirometry. Assist in emergency situations like CPR, airway management, and intubation. Monitor patient progress and adjust therapy as needed. Requirements Requirements: Must have 2 years of experience as an RRT, NBRC and BLS Certification required in hand, Ohio State license, ACLS Certification, RRT.
