$19.50/HR $1,000 Signing Bonus Serving a Client in West Middlesex
$19.50/HR | Weekly Pay | Full & Part Time Hours Available Abound
Health is seeking compassionate, dependable Home-Based Direct
Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with
intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) in their homes
and communities. If you?re looking for meaningful work where you

stability, and purpose. About the Role As a DSP, you will provide
one-on-one support that helps individuals live safely,
independently, and with dignity. This position is ideal for someone
patient, reliable, and passionate about helping others thrive. Key
Responsibilities Support behavioral, social, and vocational skill
development Assist with recreational and community activities
Follow treatment plans and document progress Provide companionship
and respite care Submit documentation and payroll on time
Participate in ongoing training Assist with personal care needs as
required Work independently in home and community settings What
We?re Looking For Genuine interest in supporting individuals with
I/DD Ability to work independently and responsibly Valid driver?s
license and active car insurance Comfortable supporting individuals
with varying personal-care and behavioral-support needs At least 18
years old High school diploma or equivalent Ability to pass
background checks Physical ability to assist with lifting or
transfers if needed Compensation $19.50 per hour $1,000 signing
bonus for qualified candidates Schedule We currently have clients
in West Middlesex and Mercer, PA needing support during the
following hours: Monday?Thursday and Saturday: 11:00 PM ? 7:00 AM
Additional flexible hours may be available. Experience 1 year of
caregiving experience preferred Benefits Weekly pay Flexible

Details $333 after 90 days (minimum 20 hours/week) $333 after 6
months (minimum 20 hours/week) $334 after 1 year (minimum 20
hours/week) Bonus not available for Residential Services or
Relative as Provider (RAP) hires. Applicants must not have worked
for Abound Health or its affiliates within the past 18 months.
