Registered Nurse (RN) | Med/Surg / Telemetry Location: Canton, OH Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,092 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 4/17/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in Canton, Ohio, 44708! Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Medical/Surgical Telemetry Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours (19:00 - 07:30) Experience: Minimum of 18 months recent Medical/Surgical Telemetry experience License: Permanent Ohio license or Compact state license required Certifications: BLS & ACLS required, NIH certification must be obtained prior to start Must-Have: Epic experience required, one recent reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for is required Description: All requirements listed are non-negotiable, and no exceptions will be made. The position is for night shift, consisting of three 12-hour shifts from 7 PM to 7:30 AM. A minimum of 18 months of recent Medical/Surgical Telemetry experience is required. Candidates must possess a permanent Ohio license or Compact state license in hand. BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Red Cross or equivalent are required. Candidates must obtain NIH certification prior to starting the position. Epic experience is mandatory for this role. One recent reference from a manager, assistant nurse manager, supervisor, or director in the specialty is required to qualify for submission. An ECG rhythm recognition test and SafeMedicate proficiency assessment will be completed during orientation. An acceptable score on both assessments is required. Travelers must work at least every other holiday. Candidates may be required to submit to a background check. This position is subject to all standard compliance and credentialing requirements. Nurses must be nicotine-free unless exempt under temporary guidelines. All required certifications must be active and without any pending issues. Candidates should be prepared for possible annual training modules. Candidates may extend their contract with the client for a period of 18 months, after which a six-month break is required.
