Job Description UK King’s Daughters, a 455-bed regional healthcare system serving Kentucky and Ohio, is offering an outstanding opportunity for an Endocrinologist. Incoming physicians will earn salary guarantees plus wRVU productivity. We also provide excellent benefits and paid malpractice. Our practice promotes work-life balance, a flexible work schedule, seven weeks off and no call. Our collegial practice features three experienced endocrinologists and three talented advanced providers. We are part of the University of Kentucky Health system. We operate 40 primary care clinics in outlying areas of Kentucky and Ohio, which refer patients from a catchment area of about 750,000 people to our main campus for testing and treatment. In 2025, we completed a large construction project on campus, which provided us with a new main entrance, a brand-new ER and an all-new Imaging Department. Our Emergency Department sees more than 70,000 patients per year. We have nearly all medical specialties here at our facility, except pediatric subspecialties. Our facility has experienced tremendous growth in patient volumes, with a vast network of primary care providers, and referrals from 20 area hospitals, our endocrinologists enjoy a vibrant practice. The practice is located in Ashland, Kentucky, a safe, family-friendly community with great schools, affordable living and excellent local shopping and dining. Ashland also features local access to beautiful state and national parks and a variety of outdoor pursuits (hiking, skiing, whitewater rafting, golf, and tennis, cave exploration, hunting and fishing).
