Physical Therapist Location: White Lake, MI Agency: Thrive Staffing Pay: $1,852 to $2,046 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/9/2026 About the Position Job Title: Outpatient Physical Therapist - Days City/State: Hudson, MI Shift: Days - 5x8 - May be open to 4x10s Contract Length: 91 weeks Start Date: 03/09/2026 Job Description: As an Outpatient Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for providing quality physical therapy care within a rehab outpatient setting in Hudson, MI. Open to handling a caseload of adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients, while ensuring high standards of patient care. Responsibilities: Perform patient evaluations, screenings, and assessments, including fall risk assessments and PT evaluations. Manage and build a caseload, with a daily goal of 8-10 patient visits and a caseload of approximately 25 active patients. Address various orthopedic conditions such as Achilles Tendonitis, ACL Tear, Back Pain Post-Operative, and more. Develop and implement physical therapy programs and treatments tailored to patient needs. Requirements: Open to new graduates at a reduced bill rate, preference for candidates with 1 years of experience. Business Casual dress code and experience with the NextGen EHR system.
