Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Two full-time
Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) are needed for a K-12 school
setting in Grove City, OH. These contract positions will support
students through the end of the current school year, starting as
soon as possible. The role is ideal for professionals with
experience in pediatric healthcare, school environments,
teletherapy, or those currently completing their Clinical
Fellowship Year (CFY). Responsibilities include: Providing
comprehensive speech and language services to students from
Kindergarten through 12th grade. Managing a caseload of no more
than 60 students, ensuring individualized and effective therapy.
Collaborating with educators and families to support student
communication goals. Delivering in-person therapy services at
elementary school locations. Maintaining accurate documentation and
compliance with school policies and state regulations.
Qualifications: Valid SLP certification with CCC (Certificate of
Clinical Competence) preferred. Experience working in schools or
pediatric healthcare settings. Familiarity with teletherapy
platforms and methods is beneficial. Strong communication and
interpersonal skills to work effectively with students, staff, and
families. Ability to adhere to scheduled hours of 9:00 am to 3:30
pm, with usual staff hours being 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. Benefits of
