Schedule Outpatient only We are seeking a dedicated and
compassionate Internal Medicine Physician to join our team. In this
role, you will provide comprehensive care to adult patients,
diagnosing, treating, and managing a wide range of acute and
chronic medical conditions. You will work closely with other
healthcare providers to offer personalized and evidence-based care,
ensuring the best possible health outcomes for our patients. Key
Responsibilities: Perform comprehensive physical exams and take
detailed medical histories. Diagnose and manage a broad range of
acute and chronic medical conditions in adult patients, including
but not limited to diabetes, hypertension, heart disease, and
respiratory issues. Develop and implement individualized treatment
plans, adjusting as necessary based on patient progress. Order,
interpret, and follow up on diagnostic tests (e.g., blood work,
imaging, etc.). Prescribe medications, therapies, and other
interventions in accordance with clinical guidelines and patient
needs. Provide preventative care, including routine screenings,
immunizations, and lifestyle counseling. Educate patients and their
families on health conditions, treatment plans, and wellness
strategies. Coordinate care with specialists and other members of
the healthcare team as needed. Stay current with advancements in
medical research, practices, and technologies. Maintain accurate
and timely documentation in electronic health records (EHR).
Qualifications: Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic
Medicine (DO) degree. Board certification or eligibility in
Internal Medicine. Active, unrestricted medical license in
[state/country]. Proven experience in diagnosing and managing a
variety of adult health conditions. Strong knowledge of medical
protocols, treatments, and clinical guidelines. Excellent
communication skills with a patient-centered approach to care.
Ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare
professionals. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
