Registered Nurse (RN) | Stepdown Location: Cleveland, OH Agency: Lancesoft Inc Pay: $2,710 per week Shift Information: Days - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Provide direct care to cardiac stepdown patients Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond to changes Administer medications, perform assessments, document accurately Collaborate with interdisciplinary team Educate patients and families on care plans Participate in ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate testing during orientation Requirements 18 months of recent cardiac stepdown experience Active OH or Compact RN license AHA BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications Ability to work 12-hour D/N rotating shifts if needed Strong cardiac monitoring and clinical assessment skills Benefits Medical & Health Insurance Benefits from first day for All Clinical and Patient-Facing Employees. • 401K Plan. • "Your Way is Paid" – we pay for ALL employment requirements, onboarding, physicals, titers, etc. • $300 - $600 REFERRAL BONUS
