This position primarily operates in a 7-room inpatient/outpatient surgical unit, with occasional floating between two operating departments that include a 26-room main OR with level one trauma capabilities. Qualified candidates will demonstrate proficiency in scrubbing, especially with the Da Vinci XI surgical system, and possess the ability to circulate or scrub in specialized procedures involving posterior eye surgeries and eye trauma. Qualifications/Desired Experience: Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) with OR experience Skilled in scrubbing, including advanced robotic systems such as Da Vinci XI Experience circulating or scrubbing for posterior eye surgeries and eye trauma cases Ability to adapt by floating between different OR units as needed Responsibilities: Prepare the operating room and assist during surgical procedures in a fast-paced environment Scrub and circulate during a variety of surgeries, with emphasis on robotic-assisted and ophthalmologic operations Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to uphold patient safety and care standards Support main 7-room inpatient/outpatient unit and the larger 26-room main OR based on staffing needs Location: Situated in Cleveland, OH, this role provides access to a vibrant urban setting that boasts a rich cultural scene and diverse dining options.
