The hospital serves as a base site for osteopathic graduate medical education, partnering with Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine and the University of Medicine and Health Science. Position Overview McLaren Macomb seeks an inspirational and strategic financial leader to serve as its next Chief Financial Officer (CFO) . This executive will be a key partner to the CEO, executive leadership team, clinical partners, Board members, and staff, driving financial strategies that support the hospital’s mission and growth. Key Responsibilities Lead all financial strategies and operations for McLaren Macomb. Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and performance monitoring. Develop and implement financial policies and procedures. Manage financial reporting, internal controls, and accounting functions. Optimize revenue cycle management in collaboration with the CEO. Oversee managed care contracts, vendor and physician contracting, decision support, and treasury functions. Provide strategic financial guidance for growth and service line opportunities.
