Position TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a
qualified Correctional RN in Cleveland, Ohio, 44113! Job Title:
Licensed Practical Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: LPN
Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day shift Hours per Shift: 12 hours
Experience: Minimum of 1 year License: Licensed Practical Nurse in
the State of Ohio Certifications: Basic Life Support from the
American Heart Association Must-Have: - License Practical Nurse in
the State of Ohio - Active BLS from the American Heart Association
Description: Assumes responsibilities for direct nursing care of
assigned inmates/patients, adolescent through adult, under the
supervision of a registered nurse or physician in a correctional
facility. Provides nursing services to patients in accordance with
the scope of the Licensed Practical Nurse license. Upholds the
mission, vision, values, and customer service standards. Work
environment is a correctional healthcare setting. Ability to walk
and stand for long periods of time. Ability to lift 250-300 pounds
with assistance. Ability to push/pull up to 500 pounds with
assistance. Mandatory qualification includes having an active
Licensed Practical Nurse license in the State of Ohio and Basic
Life Support certification from the American Heart Association. 5
