Details below: JOB DETAILS Dates: Specific weekends TBD – ASAP start Reason for Need: Weekend call support Setting: Hospital Call Schedule: Night Call Ratio: 50% Avg. Cases/Day: ~10 EMR: Epic Trauma Level: Level I Annual ER Volume: 250,000 Operating Rooms: 2 Ancillary Staff: Full complement Hemodialysis Access: Yes Patient Population: Adult & Geriatric Vascular Surgery Skills Needed Aneurysm Repairs (Thoracic, Abdominal, Peripheral) Vascular Access Devices AV Shunt Procedures Endovascular Procedures Required Carotid Artery Stenting Bypass Surgery Aortofemoral Bypass Stenting Endovascular & Open Reconstruction for Deep Vein Occlusions Treatments Involved Lymphedema Peripheral Artery Disease Limb Gangrene Travel Reimbursement: Mileage (IRS rate) Rental Car Hotel Flights Submission Requirements Board Certified FACS Active Ohio License (No Exceptions) DEA BLS/ACLS Availability for all requested dates
