Job Description:
The Director of Nursing (DON) oversees resident care at an
assisted living community, supervising caregiver staff, ensuring
compliance with regulations, and maintaining high-quality
services.
Responsibilities include resident assessments, care planning,
medication management, staff supervision, and fostering a positive
work environment.
Provides communication with families, supports marketing efforts,
and participates in resident evaluations.
Qualifications include an RN license, at least two years of
