Executive Director, Care Management (OhioRISE)Lead the Future of
Ohio Youth as the Executive Director of Care Management at Coleman
Health Services.Are you ready to shape the trajectory of Ohio's

Management where you will lead a Care Coordination management team
that drives positive changes in the lives of youth and families
within our community. This is a full-time position located in our
Wooster office that will be serving Ashland, Wayne & Holmes
counties. Great opportunity for those with a background in social
work, social services, or other mental health-related fields.Your
Impact as the Executive Director of Care Management:
- Provide strategic oversight of OhioRISE care coordination
services, centered on high-fidelity wraparound principles.
- Effective leadership of a Care Coordination management team
that ensures high-quality staff performance and growth.
- Actively develop and collaborate with child-serving systems and
behavioral health providers at a local and state level.
- Initiate quality improvement initiatives that align with
OhioRISE program requirements.
- Operational oversight of several offices across multiple
counties.Qualifications of a Successful Executive Director of Care
Management:
- Master's Degree in a mental health-related fieldor currently
enrolled in a Master's Degree program.
- Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or managerial experience in
community-based services.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in children's mental health or
related public sectors, providing community-based services to
children, youth, families, or caregivers.
- Maintain an outstanding driving record.
- Must have an NPI and Ohio Medicaid number.What Can Coleman
