What You'll Do:
Lead Daily Housekeeping Operations

• 
  
• Coordinate cleaning of resident rooms, common areas, and campus facilities
  
• Create and adjust staff schedules to ensure coverage
  
• Approve time off and ensure daily tasks meet cleaning frequency standards
  
  Supervise & Develop the Housekeeping Team
  
  • 
    
  • Interview, hire, train, and evaluate housekeeping staff
    
  • Provide monthly training and support with new products or procedures
    
  • Promote a culture of accountability, consistency, and teamwork
    
    Manage Supplies & Equipment
    
    • 
      
    • Maintain proper inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
      
    • Oversee equipment care and preventative maintenance
      
    • Ensure safe and correct use of chemicals
      
      Oversee Projects & Quality Standards
      
      • 
        
      • Organize and prioritize special cleaning projects
        
      • Ensure timely completion and billing of services
        
      • Monitor quality of work daily and strive for 85% or higher quality scores
        
        Stay Compliant & Informed
        
        • 
          
        • Attend required in-service trainings and staff meetings
          
        • Complete annual online education programs
          
        • Uphold all policies, safety standards, and facility procedures
          
          What You'll Need:
          
          • 
            
          • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
            
          • Experience in housekeeping within a healthcare setting strongly preferred
            
          • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
            
          • Dependable attendance and a commitment to service excellence
