Job Description:
Our client is currently seeking a an Operations Manager for
their manufacturing facility.ResponsibilitiesOversee team of
production supervisors and hourly operators directly and
indirectlyManage production processes to make sure product is made
safely and efficiently while cultivating a safe work environment
for all associatesCollaboration with senior leaders in quality,
warehouse, maintenance, and HRConstantly work for ways to improve
processes and upgrades to equipment to achieve efficienciesDaily,
weekly, monthly report out to senior leadership on KPIs and
targetsQualificationsBachelor's Degree preferredPrevious food or
beverage manufacturing management experienceStrong knowledge of
USDA & HACCP guidelines
