department operations will be overseen. This includes leading and

customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: Responsibilities include
supervising, training, and developing technicians, prioritizing
work orders, and providing technical support. The role also

departments, enforcing safety regulations, and staying updated on
industry trends. Qualifications: Candidates should have proven
automotive technician experience and a strong understanding of
mechanical systems and repair procedures. Supervisory experience in
a shop environment is required. Strong leadership, technical
knowledge, organizational, problem-solving, and communication
skills are needed. Knowledge of safety regulations is important.
Proficiency with CMMS is a plus. A high school diploma or
equivalent is required, with technical training preferred. A valid
driver's license and clean driving record are also necessary.
