Consolidated Precision Products (CPP) Euclid is an investment casting foundry that specializes in complex aerospace & gas turbine components. Weekly Pay for Hourly Employees

- Work cooperatively in a team environment to develop and enhance robust manufacturing/metallurgical processes to support the company's growth in the aerospace and industrial investment casting markets.
Identify problems, generate alternatives, and implement solutions to problems that affect yield, rework, and overall quality of the product using a standardized approach.
Interpret customer specifications relative to establishing internal written NDT specifications.
Assess the physical structure and behavior of metals and metal distribution systems within DS/SX systems.
Investigate metallurgical failure using root cause analysis.
Publish reports on research and completed tests using data-based decisions.
Identify and improve process yields using various data analysis techniques (statistical, mathematical, DOE, 6 Sigma, etc.) Document work procedures and processes.
Routinely audit production lots for adherence to established techniques and to ensure the repeatability of the results.
Identify, evaluate and implement new process technologies that will extend manufacturing and product capabilities.
Education : BS in Engineering or related technical field
Knowledge and application of DS/SX starter design and proven improvement in DS/SX yields and product quality. NX9 or higher, Solidworks). Good verbal communication skills and can feel at ease communicating with customer engineering groups. Risk taker.

Office Environment. Occasional work required on weekends.
Sitting/Standing for extended periods of time, able to lift up to 20lbs, extended periods of time using a computer screen.
Travel Requirements: 5%
Needed in all areas of the plant.
Steel Toed Shoes: Needed in all areas of the plant.
