TES Academy in Fairlawn, Ohio is seeking dedicated BCBAs, BCaBAs, and Behavior Specialists to join our mission-driven team. Position Details : Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) $6,760 – $7,553.91/month* Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) $24.50 – $30.43/hour* *Salary is based on experience, credentials, education, and language skills used in the role (50% bilingual application). Students range in age from 3 to 21 and have various academic and functional skill levels. Daytime schedule only (no nights or weekends) Competitive pay and merit-based raises Mentorship and professional development Collaborative, multidisciplinary team Health, dental, vision, PTO, holidays and retirement plans Licensure and CEU reimbursement Accredited by the Behavioral Health Center of Excellence (BHCOE) What You’ll Do: Provide 1:1 behavioral support to students Provide guidance to staff and families Develop and implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) Write IEP goals and objectives Implement and oversee crisis plans including, de-escalation, restraints and seclusion Maintain clear documentation and track student progress Mentor, train and collaborate with classroom staff in behavioral interventions Support families and staff with evidence-based strategies ? What You’ll Need: Valid BCBA or BCaBA licensure Access to a mobile phone (for email) & basic internet (if working offsite) Current TB test (within the last 12 months) Must pass BCI/FBI background check Reliable transportation and appropriate auto insurance (25/50k coverage) Must be able to physically intervene, when necessary Work Environment: • Daytime, school-based schedule • Small classrooms, structured routines • Moderate to high activity levels • Students with diverse and intensive behavioral needs • Strong team support with other behavior professionals, classroom staff and administration Join a mission that truly matters—apply today and make an impact at TES Academy!
