Job Description Job Description Description: Job Title: Maintenance Technician - Plastic Injection Molding Machines and Auxiliary Equipment Our company is seeking a skilled Plastic Injection Machines and Auxiliary Equipment Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in maintaining and repairing Plastic molding machines and Auxiliary equipment. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring that all Molding machinery and auxiliary equipment are in good working condition to minimize downtime and maximize productivity. Responsibilities: - Perform routine maintenance on molding machines and equipment to ensure optimal performance - Troubleshoot and repair any issues with Molding machinery and auxiliary equipment - Conduct regular inspections to identify potential problems and prevent breakdowns - Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repairs performed - Maintenance and repair of molding machines and equipment as well as electrical, hydraulic, solid state computer controls, PLC programming, repairs to injection molding machine, auxiliary machines and building maintenance. - Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area If you are a skilled Maintenance Technician with experience in molding machines and equipment, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. Requirements: Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in injection molding plus 3 years in a plastic molding environment - Experience working with 85 to 2200 ton machines. Working knowledge of Van Dorn, Cincinnati, and Haitian - Strong mechanical and electrical skills - Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics - Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills - Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
