Title: Die Repair Technician Location: Strongsville, OH Shifts
Available: 1st Shift: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM 2nd Shift:
Monday – Thursday, 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM (4x10s) Pay: $24 – $34/hr,
based on experience Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire | Eligible for
Raise & Benefits Upon Hire Must be willing to submit to a
Nationwide Background Check and Pre-Employment Drug Test. Position
Overview: We are currently seeking skilled Die Repair Technicians
to join our team in Strongsville, OH. These hands-on roles involve
the repair, maintenance, and modification of stamping dies to
ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime in a
high-production environment. Key Responsibilities: Inspect,
troubleshoot, and repair progressive and transfer stamping dies
Disassemble, clean, and reassemble dies using appropriate hand
tools and machinery Perform die maintenance, sharpening, and
component replacement as needed Read blueprints, tool designs, and
specifications to ensure accuracy Work closely with production and
engineering teams to improve die performance Document all repairs
and maintenance activities accurately Maintain a clean, organized,
and safe work environment Qualifications: 2 years of experience in
die repair or tool & die maintenance preferred Strong understanding
of stamping die construction and press operations Ability to read
blueprints, schematics, and die drawings Experience using surface
grinders, mills, lathes, and other shop equipment Strong mechanical
aptitude and attention to detail Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
and work in a fast-paced environment
