Relationship Managers play a pivotal role in helping our business

available! The responsibilities are as follows: Strong focus on
bringing in new business clients to the bank through strong
business development and prospecting. Be the primary advisor for
our business clients. Build, develop, enrich and manage new and
existing relationships with business clients. Deliver financial
expertise and client-centric solutions that build strong, long-term
relationships. Assess and attend to clients' banking needs. Obtain
and process client and account information. Educate clients on
available deposit and loan products and services. Recommend
financial solutions based on each client’s unique goals and needs.
Partner effectively with Treasury Management, Merchant Services and
High Value Credit Card teams. Basic Qualifications - Bachelor's
degree, or equivalent work experience - Three to four years of
relevant experience Preferred Skills/Experience - Proven success in
business development, prospecting and business to business sales. -
Strong relationship management and business development abilities -
Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills - Advanced
knowledge of credit administration, analysis, and credit
policy/procedure - Broad knowledge of bank products and services
that results in successfully identifying appropriate opportunities
to sell the bank’s products - Ability to work effectively with
individuals and groups across the company to manage customer
relationships - Excellent presentation, verbal and written
communication skills - Demonstrated business acumen with knowledge
of diverse types of businesses, industries, markets, financial and
economic concepts Location The role offers a hybrid/flexible
schedule. If not prospecting and meeting with clients, there's an
in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week with the
flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.

the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for
the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition
to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package,
including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase

eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $75,820.00 - $89,200.00 U.S.
