This is a temporary W2 position, ideal for experienced tax professionals seeking a dynamic and flexible work environment during tax season. Position Details: Job Title: Seasonal Tax Preparer Location: Saline, MI (Hybrid: 3 days on-site, 2 days remote) Type: Temporary (January-April) Compensation: $35-$50 per hour, dependent on experience Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00am-6:00pm Key Responsibilities: Prepare and review individual and small business tax returns Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations Communicate with clients to gather necessary documentation and clarify tax-related questions Maintain accurate records and uphold confidentiality standards Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and client expectations Qualifications: Previous experience preparing tax returns required CPA or Enrolled Agent designation ideal Strong knowledge of current tax laws and regulations Excellent organizational and communication skills Proficiency with tax preparation software preferred Why Join?
