The Company is known for producing the highest quality snacks in assorted flavors and sizes, including kettle cooked potato chips, traditional potato chips, tortilla chips, cheese curls and other extruded snacks, and corn chips, as well as cookies, crackers, and wafers.--Manager, Financial ReportingLocation: Massillon, Ohio (Hybrid)----The Manager, Financial Reporting will lead a dynamic team whose objectives are to provide cross-functional support and accurate and timely reporting to support the Company s continued growth.Key responsibilities will include oversight of external and internal reporting processes, financial statement reporting and analysis, technical accounting compliance, and leader of external audit requirements.--Your Seat at the Table--Develop team by managing performance, setting goals, providing ongoing training, and maintain strong employee relationshipsProvide oversight and review of the monthly, quarterly, annual reporting processes and related financial reporting to management and external stakeholdersManage the consolidated audit and quarterly review processes conducted by external auditors and ensure all requests are completed in a timely fashionLead implementation of policies and procedures around new technical accounting pronouncementsStrengthen internal control policies, procedures, and review standards to mitigate key business risksManage the Accounting Team s responsibilities for annual budgeting and forecastingCollaborate with Tax Department on preparation and review of annual and quarterly tax provisionsDrive standardization and best practices to continuously improve department to support a growth businessCollaborates and provides solid business acumen with all levels of managementEstablish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principlesCollaborate with a fast-paced team where independent thought and work-product is requiredAbility to work effectively on multiple projects, prioritize work, meet expectations and deadlines, and concentrate on detailed information while also managing a teamWhat You Bring to the TableCPA certification and minimum 4 years of
