Intellectual Property Legal Assistant - Royal Oak, MIJoin our client\u2019s thriving IP team!LHH Recruitment Solutions seeks a highly organized & detail-oriented legal assistant with 2+ years of experience supporting IP attorneys. You'll be responsible for drafting & filing patent applications, managing dockets, & providing excellent client service.Key Skills: -

• Patent application prep & filing (USPTO)
• Docket maintenance & organization
• Strong MS Office & e-filing proficiency
• Multitasking in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication & customer serviceMinimum Qualifications: -
  • 2+ years of recent IP administrative support experience in a busy, high-volume law firm
  • USPTO/PCT/IDS preparation and filings
  • Tracking and inputting billable hours
  • Performing due diligence, search databases for patent literature as appropriate
  • Promptly identify and respond to internal and external inquiries
  • Proactively seek feedback and follow-up as appropriate
  • Expense reporting and ensuring efficiency in financial management processes
  • High attention to detail
